In May 2006 I founded the Spanish establishment of YER. Before I was respectively Consultant, Manager Sales/Marketing & Communications and Commercial Director with the YER Group in Holland. My goal is to be an advisor and sparring partner for our clients by offering them added value in relation to their Human Resources affairs. Due to many years of cross-border experience I am able to offer an international vision on recruitment projects.
My motto as a manager is: the most direct way to distinguish yourself from your competitor is to make sure you work with a better and more motivated team.
