With over 10 years experience in three different countries I have gained an in-depth, international knowledge about recruitment. All contacts with companies and candidates during these years have resulted in a helpful extensive network, with a special focus on the IT Industry.
Since I started at YER in February 2008, my focus is on managing the team in Barcelona and on recruiting profiles like IT Managers, General Managers, Commercial and HR Managers. With my very analytical and pragmatic approach, my goal is to be an effective partner towards companies and candidates.
