I am a Human Resources Consultant with an international profile as I have been living and working in three different EU countries before moving to Barcelona. In the Spanish labor market I have more than 5 years experience in selection and headhunting in big HR consultancy companies, managing both national and international projects. I have a Master Degree in Pedagogy and Training, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources. I speak fluently Spanish, English and Finnish and I have knowledge of German and Swedish.
My target in YER is to recruit Sales & Marketing and Human Resources profiles. I address specially to the FMCG industry providing my experience in order to strengthen the sales and marketing teams of my clients. My objective is understanding and taking part of my clients’ business providing solutions from the view of industry knowledge and talent management.
