Job Description
The Central IT team has overall responsibility for functionality and maintenance of the operational systems and web sites. They are growing and they are looking for a talented architect with a broad range of skills in custom application development.
You will oversee the technical aspects of multiple systems, as well as lead new and exciting projects to improve our business.
The successful candidate:
Is proficient in hands-on design, architecture and development. Has solid experience in project management and technical leadership. Have excellent written and verbal communication English skills. Is passionate about technical design and new technologies as well as producing clean and reusable code. Has a true passion for excellence in his/her work, is highly organized, detailed-oriented, thorough, and follows through on commitments. Must be able to effectively guide and mentor developers on site and offshore.

Candidate Profile
- Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience with systems development. The ideal candidate has some .NET and Microsoft SQL Server experience, as well as other platforms
- Solid understanding of information architecture and user interface design
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years experienced in a similar role
- Communication and flexibility skills
- Based in Zürich
- Willing to travel
