All our Interim Managers have proven experience in successfully
managing interim projects. They are entrepreneurial, pragmatic,
results-orientated people, sensitive to the company's needs. As a
result of their experience they are very aware of the importance of
the projects for which they are hired.
YER is in constant contact with many Interim Managers. We know
their exact amount of expertise and availability. Due to the
quality, diversity and accessibility of our contact network, we are
capable of introducing candidates for a wide range of industries
and functions.
With our extensive database and integrated search system, YER
can immediately identify available and qualified candidates. All
the candidates we introduce are carefully selected through a
face-to-face competency interview.
After a client has made his final decision, the scope and
duration of the project will be defined together with the Interim
Manager. Two weeks after the start of the project, YER will contact
both the Interim manager and the client-company to make sure the
Interim Manager's initial range of action and contribution are
correct as well as ensuring that the cooperation has got off to a
successful start.
Subsequently, once a month YER shall contact both the
client-company and the Interim Manager so as to evaluate the
services and quality rendered in order to achieve the successful
completion of the project. Once the project has been completed, all
the parties involved will carry out a final assessment.
In this manner, from the moment the project requirements are
defined through to the final assessment, YER will be involved in
ensuring the quality of the project.
