For each search, YER combines de use of its Pan-European
database with proactive networking. Based on our previous
experience with similar processes and taking into account your
company's wishes, we recommend one of the following three
methodologies together with its related tools.
- ONLINE ADVERTISING
This includes an online advertisement on the YER website (if
appropriate, it will also be posted on YER's websites in other
countries where we operate) and different Spanish job
websites.
- NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING
This includes all the tools used in the online campaign plus one
newspaper advertisement under the YER format which allows you to
reach a great number of potential candidates at a competitive
price. Our newspaper advertisements are instantly recognizable as a
result of our design and carefully studied format. Your
advertisement will be posted in one, or several, of the following
newspapers: Expansión, La Vanguardia, El País, El
Mundo or other more specialized publications depending on the
requirements of the position.
- EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Once it has been agreed with you, YER will come up with a list of
target companies with the aim of identifying potential candidates
within those companies with a profile that matches your needs.
Those candidates will then be contacted with absolute discretion.
You will be kept fully informed through weekly progress reports.
Your company's name will never be disclosed during the process and
will not be revealed until the candidate's face-to-face interview
with YER. This methodology produces the best results in cases where
a candidate must provide very specific work experience.
