After drawing up a list of key competencies we will match the competencies of candidates with the requirements defined with the client. During our interviews with candidates we advise them about their individual professional careers and help them to define their opportunities.
  • Evaluation
    Our consultants evaluate the results of the process before placement of a candidate as well as afterwards, carrying out an evaluation interview with both company and candidate two months after placement has taken place.
