Reporting to the Office Director of the division he/she must be able to position ESADE as the preferred supplier for companies in the field of training and educational programs.
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and organizing the different programs offered by ESADE. He/she will have to coordinate the process in close collaboration with professors and students in order to guarantee the quality and excellence of the service and the program itself.
Executing a Program Manager role means assisting Directors and Faculty from a strategically and operational point of view in the different stages of the program. He/she will also be responsible of coordinating all aspects related to the logistics of the program as well as attendance, organize indoor and outdoor activities including international weeks. The Program Manager will be in charge of the financial controlling of the programs (managing financial resources) and follow up of ESADE's position in the different educational rankings. He/she will also collaborate in the coordination sessions with companies in order to enhance customers' loyalty.

- someone who holds a bachelor’s degree
- previous experience in roles where you have had to demonstrate organizational and accuracy in your daily job and someone with a clear client orientation
- international profile, someone with a fluent level of Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Catalan or other European languages would be a plus.
