Excellent opportunity within a FMCG multinational company to act as Supply Chain Director being member of the Local Steering Committee.

You will report to the South Europe SC Director and dotted line to the Country Manager for Spain. Your main objective will be to achieve the customer's satisfaction supplying the right products at the right placee, the right time and the expected cost and quality through planning, execution and control of the SC processes from the factories to the customers.
Managing the Customer Service Department and the Planning and Logistics Department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the best customer service level at the minimum cost.
- Improve the company cash and ensure working capital reduction.
- Drive the Demand Planning process in the BU and the Master Planning for the Spanish factory.
- Lead the Business Planning process in the BU.
- Lead and motivate the Supply Chain team to maximize their professional development and contribution to the business.

Perfil de candidato
- 6/7 years of experience in a similar position at a FMCG company
- University Degree
- Management skills
- SC technical skills: strategy, environment, Data and Information Systems, Customer Management, Warehouse and Transportation management and cost control and finance.
- English fluent
