In a context of looking to improve the way they work, gaining deeper insights regarding market segmentation and customer profiling, and implementing new Route to Market strategies, they are offering a customer development role in the Horeca channel. As Horeca Customer Operations and Wholesaler Manager, your mission will be to lead the development and implementation of business models based on wholesalers' capabilities and market maturity, in order to grow the business in the Horeca channel. In coordination with the Wholesalers network, the Horeca Field Sales team, the Horeca Trade Marketing Team and the Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will be:- Route to Market strategy and implementation: distribution model design, execution, monitoring, assessment.- Customer Intelligence support to sales and marketing teams through data analysis, customer profiling (database upgrading). Develop and maintain information systems which allow planning, execution and monitoring of sales plans.- Commercial asset management (cabinets): defining and evaluating investment policy, planning, dispatching, maintenance, inventory control.

Perfil de candidato
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree and brings 5/7 years of relevant experience in Horeca business support, ideally managing commercial asset (cabinets) and developing customer intelligence tools.
- You have strong strategic thinking skills, supported by the ability to work with others to gain support and alignment with key areas involved in Horeca business.
- You are self-motivated, organized, rigorous and with a strong sense of service to both internal and external partners.
