The Educational Programs Department is the School's unit responsible for the complete educational cycle, from identifying opportunities and leads, to recruiting students, admitting them, coordinating the execution of the educational programs and giving a placement service to students. The department is also responsible for revenue from student tuition fees.
Reporting to the General Director of the School, the role Head of Educational Programs Department includes encouraging a constructive approach to strategic and operational planning, including student targets and fee levels (waivers) for new programs. You will be responsible for the Academic Planning and development in liaison with the Directorate of the different educational programs and the Dean and be responsible for student recruitment, admissions, fees, scholarships and placement. You will have to develop and implement a Marketing Plan to increase student recruitment for all educational programs, follow up the results and propose improvements if necessary. As Head of Educational Programs Department you will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency within your team. You will also lead all events related to the programs, control the budget given to your department and be in charge of the regulation and legal obligations required for official programs.

- Must hold a University degree and experience of al least 8 years managing a unit/area, dealing with all aspects of an enterprise
- Previous experience in an international educational environment would be a plus
- English is a must and Catalan or Spanish would be a plus
- Previous experience leading teams is a must
- Proactive, strategic thinking and results oriented professional, with good communication skills
